These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Meoded Paint & Plaster Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 To enroll, you must submit a complete affiliate application through our Affiliate for Meoded portal.
1.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to:
- Websites containing unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Misrepresentation of Meoded Paint & Plaster
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 You agree to:
- Promote Meoded Paint & Plaster products in a truthful and ethical manner
- Promote Meoded Paint & Plaster with only high quality and styled images
- Use only approved banners, links, and promotional materials like logos provided by us
- Refrain from making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FTC guidelines regarding affiliate marketing
2.2 Prohibited practices include but are not limited to:
- Using spam or unsolicited commercial emails
- Bidding on our brand name, trademarks, or variations in search engine advertising
- Misrepresenting yourself as Meoded Paint & Plaster, an employee of our company, or “partner”
- Offering discounts, rebates, or incentives not authorized by Meoded
3. Affiliate Links, Coupons & Tracking
3.1 You will be able to create unique affiliate links to track sales through the Meoded Affiliate Portal.
3.2 Upon application approval, Meoded will load a 10% discount coupon code into the Affiliate’s dashboard, which the Affiliate can pass on to their followers, friends and family.
3.3 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring links are correctly implemented, and Coupon Codes are accurately copied.
3.4 Sales generated without proper tracking may not be credited.
3.5 Cookie duration for correctly created and implemented links is set to 15 days. Referred customers that make a purchase within the 15 day period of their first referral from the Affiliate’s link will be credited to that account.
4. Commissions
4.1 Affiliates earn a commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, fandecks, discounts, returns, and chargebacks).
4.2 The commission rate is 5%.
4.3 Commissions are calculated after payment is received and cleared.
4.4 Commission structure may be modified at our discretion with prior notice.
4.5 Affiliates will earn self-refer commissions.
5. Payments
5.1 Commission payments are made via credit card to Affiliate’s designated account. Affiliate can choose to have payments go to their PayPal account once connected.
5.2 Payments are issued on a 45 day cycle, provided you have reached the minimum payout threshold of $30 after any and all returns have been processed.
5.3 Unpaid balances roll over to the next payout period.
5.4 Any fraudulent or canceled orders will not earn commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promoting our products under this Program.
6.2 You may not alter our logos, trademarks, or branding without prior written consent.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated.
7.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
7.3 Upon termination:
- You must immediately remove all affiliate links, logos, and promotional materials.
- Any outstanding commissions for valid sales will be paid according to our payment schedule.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Meoded Paint & Plaster will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program.
8.2 Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding six (6) months.
9. Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the Program or products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership between you and Meoded Paint & Plaster. You act solely as an independent contractor.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
12. Modification
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Acceptance
By joining the Meoded Paint & Plaster Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
