Product Description

Meoded Slate is a real stone veneer manufactured in paper-thin layers for optimal commercial, residential, and personal design. The 100% natural stone surface is enforced from the back with either fiberglass, cotton, or a translucent layer for better stability and easier processing.

We source materials from the most massive, visually stunning slate blocks from around with world, originally weighing up to five tons. With the most cutting-edge methods and latest technology, we’re able to produce our thin Slate layers while preserving all their natural color, texture, and beauty.

Slate products are completely flexible. Each sheet weighs just 0.3lb/ft² or less, depending on the sheet type and size, which significantly reduces transportation costs compared to traditional stone slabs.

All chemical components of Slate are harmless to health and correspond to the highest quality standards.

Slate:

100% natural stone surface
Harder and stronger than stone tiles; reinforced with polyester resin
Thickness: 1.5 – 2 mm

All Slate products are extracted individually from layers of natural slate blocks. Each sheet is like a thumbprint – it is unique from every other sheet, so no two look identical.
